Ruffles

You know how I was talking about going out of your comfort zone a few posts back? Well I’ve done again, and this time I felt so much more comfortable.

I think it was because I mixed this ruffle skirt with a plain white t-shirt, my new black blazer and then added edgy and more masculine accessories. I think by wearing a skirt and being able to layer helped it feel much more like me & the whole look just came together perfectly and was made for a sunny (& warm) morning shopping in the city.

Where to Shop

I actually got this skirt last year from Mango to wear on Holiday, but I found it on their outlet store and its down to £12.99 – a must have at that price! It’s so easy to wear and you can make it as feminine or as masculine as you want, if your like me and feel slightly weird when your not wearing denim.

What do you think of my new Zara blazer also? I love it, I was sold instantly when I seen it as I’m always so attracted to a satin or peak lapel. Its £60 but I wear my other Zara blazers constantly, and as it’s black it’s something you can wear all year round. Investment I’d say?

Anyway, just a quick post today as I wanted to share those pieces with you. Now I’m back to clearing out the house and starting to pack for our annual Florida trip next week! I worked all weekend to get projects finished so taking a few hours today to get organised and do my final holiday shopping.

Have a wonderful week and happy Monday!

I’m Wearing:
